Critical Strikes are important for this build since The Barber Malignant Heart allows you to deal even higher AOE damage. These damage abilities are supported by different effects and stat affixes that enhance your Critical Strikes, such as Predatory Instinct, Envenom, and Brutal Poison Creeper. Damage output is further enhanced with the Aspect of the Aftershock which casts Landslide twice, which makes you also deal twice as much damage. The main damage of the build comes from Landslide, but it will be automatically cast with Trample and Poison Creeper thanks to the Subterranean Aspect and Aspect of the Trampled Earth. The Subterannean Barber is a tanky Druid build that lets players deal continuous AOE damage against enemies while absorbing a lot of hits at the same time.
